Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Crossroads Mobility platform, operated by Crossroads Mobility Garage ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Crossroads Mobility allows you to book vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance appointments, track job progress, manage payments and your wallet, and communicate with our workshop team.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Bookings

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the workshop.
• Estimated amounts shown at the time of booking are indicative. Final charges may vary based on the actual work required, and will be presented to you as an estimate for approval before significant additional work proceeds.
• You may reschedule or cancel a booking yourself while it is in "Pending" or "Confirmed" status. Once the workshop has begun work (pickup scheduled or in progress), please contact support to make changes.

4. Estimates and Approvals

For certain jobs, we will send you an itemized estimate for approval before proceeding with work beyond the initial inspection. You may approve or reject the estimate, with an optional note explaining your preferences. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your instructions, but some safety-critical items may require discussion with our service advisors.

5. Payments and Wallet

• Payments may be made online via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets), via UPI directly to the workshop, or in cash/card at the workshop counter.
• Wallet balances and loyalty points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by providing false information, attempting to access other users' accounts or data, or interfering with the platform's operation.

8. Reviews

Reviews you submit must reflect your genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality service, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party services (such as payment gateways), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for proven negligence causing personal injury.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Crossroads Mobility Garage is registered.
